Information stored for test accounts

Test accounts store a username, display name and encrypted password. Basic sign-up does not require a real name, phone number or email. Guide applications also store the guide's name, city, languages, introduction, public photo, phone number and verification status, an identity document and optional certificate. Documents are private and accessible only to the applicant and authorized administrators. Documents reviewed for approval or changes expire after 30 days and are removed automatically. The application page explains retention for inactive applications. Connected social sign-in stores the provider's account identifier; unconfigured providers cannot be used. Sign-up IP addresses and login sessions are stored for security, along with requests, chats, bookings and saved items. Sample people shown on the site are not actual registered guides. Do not put real contact details or sensitive information in test chats. The full privacy policy and email account recovery are being prepared.
