A travel safety note you can open when plans go wrong
Keep contacts, lost-item steps and booking records together. Decide where to seek help before you need it.

Prepare a contact list before departure
Check current destination travel advice and weather information from official authorities. Save local emergency contacts, your own country's embassy or consulate and your insurer's contact method, and share accommodation and major journeys with your companions.
Record the facts when belongings go missing
From a safe place, note where and when you last used the item and contact the venue's lost-property service. For a missing card or phone, ask the issuer or carrier through official channels about suspension, and check reporting or insurance documents with the relevant organization.
Discuss a lost passport alongside your return plan
Ask local police and your own country's consular mission about required reports and travel documents. A Korean passport cannot be used after a loss report even if found again, so follow official guidance and arrange flight changes separately with your airline.
Distinguish emergencies from booking questions
If there is immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for a guide's reply. For booking or service questions, gather your booking number, times and conversation records before using LOCAMIE's support contact route to explain the situation.
Check the official guidance
Entry requirements, opening hours and prices can change. Recheck the official guidance before departure.
