Check whether your guide booking includes monument admission and a vehicle. Confirm ticket types, validity and accessible visiting areas through official information rather than relying only on a seller's description.
Treat walking and stairs as part of the itinerary
Follow signs and designated paths on old stone surfaces and steps. If stairs are difficult for someone, ask about alternative routes and choose places to appreciate from outside alongside rest stops.
Respect the site as well as the scenery
Angkor remains a place of worship, so check clothing and photography guidance. Stay out of protected areas, do not climb structures, give worshippers space and dispose of litter in designated places.

Ask which currency applies to local expenses, the total, change and accepted payment methods. Check connectivity and save the hotel address and guide contact before an early start.
