What does the calendar show?
Days off cannot be selected. Partly booked days are selectable if a start time remains. The calendar includes held bookings and times awaiting payment. Availability can change before confirmation.
How do I get a demo guide response?
Demo guides offer automated sample quotes in chat. Real guides do not have this button; they write their own replies and quotes.
I forgot my password.
Email recovery is not available for test accounts. Keep a unique test password safe. If you can sign in, contact support from My trips.
Profile and tour translations
Public guide introductions and tour descriptions are translated with Google Translate. Originals and translations are stored together; translations update when the original changes. Select Show translation to read in your selected display language. Identity documents, phone verification data and private chats are not sent for translation.
